1) In my risk assessment, I stated that a risk would be the camera getting damaged during travel by weather and that I would combat this issue by carrying the equipment in safe bags. Here is an example of the camera bag I used to transport the camera to the set location:
2) Another danger I identified in the risk assessment was dropping the camera while filming fast panning shots and high angles, the pre-emptive I decided upon to combat this issue is attaching a strap to the camera and always having it around my neck, vastly reducing risk of danger.
3) The third precaution I took when filming based off my risk assessment was taping wires to the ground to reduce risk of tripping up. This meant that there were no loose wires on set when actors and crew had to move around, meaning nobody would accidentally get their foot caught underneath one.
4) As my production often heavily featured lighting equipment, the final precaution I took was creating an action word that warned actors and crew when I was turning the light on so that they would know to look away to not get blinded.
